Quality Homes, Satisfied Customers

While excellent products and excellent client relationships are important in nearly any business or profession, they are absolutely essential in home building.  Johnnie Adams knows that and has built his company – Johnnie Adams of Timber Hills Homes – and reputation of providing both.

How does he accomplish that?  First, he builds uncommon homes with standard features many other builders offer as upgrades.  Magnificent trim packages and elegant cabinetry are but two examples.  Innovative, gracious floor plans and extraordinary attention to detail are others.

As for client relationships, Johnnie changed the way he did business in order to provide the outstanding customer service that has become a company hallmark.

“When I began,” Johnnie explains, “I was building homes in a variety of communities throughout the area.  I soon realized that jumping from one home in one community to another home in another community meant I couldn’t provide the level of service and attention to detail my clients deserve.

“I decided I needed to concentrate my efforts in one community exclusively,” he continues. “By building homes in only one location at a time, I can ensure I’m available to take car of my customers’ needs.”

Johnnie literally built the solid foundation for his company more than two decades ago when he owned and operated a successful concrete foundation/flatwork company for some eight years.  Realizing his dream of being one of the areas most highly regarded home builders; Johnnie began building exceptional, high quality homes in 1992.  And it’s a family business.  Stephenie, Johnnie’s wife, runs the business office and pays as much attention to customer satisfaction as Johnnie does.

It’s also a 24/7 business because Johnnie and Stephenie live in the neighborhoods the company builds.  That means their customers are also the friends and neighbors who provide the referrals that fuel most of the business.

Currently, Johnnie is the exclusive builder in Timber Hills, a new and inviting community in Lee’s Summit.  In keeping with their commitment to detail and service, he and Stephenie eventually plan to live in the community.
